Customers must contact FORAAM within 48 hours of delivery and provide a proper unboxing video for claims related to damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

7. Shipping for Exchanges
Customers may be required to bear shipping charges for exchanges unless the exchange is due to a damaged or incorrect product received from FORAAM.

8. Final Decision
FORAAM reserves the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet the conditions mentioned above.
